Do not run any helper test files (i.e. files without assertions in them)

We can create different 'helper' files, containing repeating sets of includes and command performs. They are not meant to be tested and most of the time should not contain any assertions (i.e. `CND` lines). So there's no need to perform them as separate tests, they should be skipped entirely.
