Implement a filter for Locator states

The list of different locators can probably be very long, and I want to see only the relevant parts of it, so I want to filter it. 

Use cases:

- show the state only of those Locators that are required to compute the specified table.
- show the Locators that have the specified property (with or without the specified value).
