1.61 Windows client unable to toggle Predefined traffic

Describe the bug
On both new installs and upgrade installs of DefGuard Client, the UI will not allow toggling to predefined traffic. Reinstalls are using a tunnel config that worked fine on the 1.52

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to click on Predefined traffic for any wireguard tunnel
   Expected behavior
   Connection type should toggle between All traffic and Predefined traffic

• Windows 11 25H2
• Defguard for Windows 1.61

I saw that and looked for the setting. It's not in the UI that I'm seeing. Using the free Defguard client to connect to a Wireguard VPN configured on a Ubiquiti Unifi router.

Same here for macOS client, unable to toggle "Predefined traffic" in "Wireguard Tunnels"

We already have a fix for that, and we'll release a patch.
