I have only been able to reproduce this with rpg's as of current.

I was also able to shoot any of these without any penalties.

from what ive heard, and experienced...
laser guns have insanely high accuracy and due to the oni accuracy modifier being a multiplier; laser guns have very high accuracy even as oni,
the oni accuracy modifier only applies to wielded weapons; you can shoot one handed guns just fine.
the oni accuracy modifier does not apply to shotguns(?); due to shotguns having a different system for accuracy?
