Late join spawned in wrong place #5183

In a recent round I spawned in the Corpsman office when late joining, even though I joined as a Cargo Technician.
Reproduction
Have not tried to reproduce locally yet. The round was on Elegance, but there have been no recent changes to Elegance so perhaps it affects all maps. Did not see any client console errors. The round time was about 01:55:00 when I late joined.
Other sec players told me in LOOC that a lot of players also spawned in that exact spot during that round, despite not being sec.
