There's currently no way to clean the deep frier after its over haul. There's no way to take out the oil that's gone bad, so things keep burning,
Reproduction
You need to go through a good amount of items to recreate it. I make nachoes a bunch and after using up a whole bag of corn meal for nachoes, that's when it starts getting really dirty. You basically can't use it after 2 bags worth of nachoes.
Used to be you could use a skimmer on it to clean it. Nope - not any more...
Additional context
Like I said, this was something that came a a result of the rework. There's no way to check how dirty the oil is or clean it. Either things needs to be cleanable or the oil can't get bad any more, but you can make oil get used up after usage.
I don't know what you guys would want, so pick which fix would work best.
