It's exactly what it sounds like, thanks to the new Nubody upstream merge, if you try to use a DNA scrambler and your character will have the exact same facial hair and hair as before if they have any. understandably this will likely ruin any form of deception as even IC you're likely to tell its the same person if your character remembers their face
In a test enviornment I was messing around with a DNA scrambler to test certain syndicate strategies when I realized that my character has the exact same hair as before using it. I tested it on the urists in the weapon range and they wouldn't aquire brand new hair either. since hair is now markings, I suspect that may be the reason why they can't shift to a different set of hair
