I have converted two different gigapans and neither open in photoshop. One is 2gb and the other is 9gb.
I have tried both photoshop 2015 and 2017.
The error is the same:
"Could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop."
When the image is opened in irfanview the image is completely black.
