Open pull request fixes timezone error - please merge and push!!

The google timezone api now requires API Keys but the current implementation does not send it along. There is an open pull request #376 that attempts to fix this but is sitting untouched for almost 3 months 👎

Most of the build errors on Travis are kinda bogus

• A test checks the now defunct service freegeoip.net
• A test checks for a query to return 2 results, but Bing now returns 3, so it fails

Is this still being reasonably maintained?
