Aliases of internal vulnerabilities can be edited from the UI but the wrong list is presented

Current Behavior

Aliases of internal vulnerabilities can be edited from the UI but the list displayed is the CWE list instead of the list of vulnerabilities.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the vulnerabilities menu, and create a (internal) vulnerability
2. Click on view details for this vulnerability
3. Edit the aliases
4. The list displayed is the CWE list, not the vulnerability list

Expected Behavior

Either display the vulnerability list, or prevent editing this field, if it is deemed that aliases don't make sense for internal vulnerabilities.
