[Feature request] Add a separate list of emulators that are malware or scams?

I'm not sure if I should go into this territory, as it could get murky, but it might be nice to list obvious scams or malware?

I don't know, if you have any feelings about it lemme know. I keep an internal list myself, but thought maybe the community might want this? We'll have to see...
