Replace the camelCase or PascalCase string with kebab-case.
FooBarBaz -> foo-bar-baz
For example
type FooBarBaz = KebabCase<"FooBarBaz">;
const foobarbaz: FooBarBaz = "foo-bar-baz";
type DoNothing = KebabCase<"do-nothing">;
const doNothing: DoNothing = "do-nothing";
