command line and other hidden options?

The wiki lists a header but no info on command line options available. Is there a list somewhere?

One issue I am having is it will not stay fullscreen on Linux. The game will resize into a non-adjustable window once the level loads, and stays that way until I exit the game.

The problem you mention should now be fixed on the master branch, can you test again?
