Hey there, I've built a small Python CLI tool to view & edit Descent3 HOG files that you may find useful: https://github.com/Lgt2x/HogUtils

It can list entries from a HOG file, extract files from it, and create a new one from multiple files, including other HOGs. If some folks find it useful, we can move it to the DescentDevelopers GitHub namespace.

It can be a replacement for the HogMaker executable hosted in this repository, but at the time it was made, we wanted to keep the whole toolchain C++ for the engine.
