UPXO – Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
Thank you for contributing to UPXO.
By submitting a contribution (including code, documentation, or other materials), you agree to the following terms:
- You represent that the contribution is your original work or that you have the right to submit it.
- You grant the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, sublicense, and relicense your contribution as part of UPXO.
- You understand that UPXO is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0), and that UKAEA may offer alternative commercial licensing arrangements at its discretion.
- You acknowledge that contributions may be redistributed under open-source and/or commercial terms determined by UKAEA.
Contributors indicate agreement to this CLA by including the following statement in their pull request:
"I agree to the UPXO Contributor License Agreement."
