I mean, i scanned it with virus total before the windows defender erased the file. Over half of the tests on VirusTotal marked it as a virus. I know it is probably a false positive but i'd rather not take the risk. Thanks for replying though!

The AV engines specifically falsely detect steamclient_loader_x32.exe and steamclient_loader_x64.exe as malware.
In most cases there's no need to use these.
