[Feature] controller profiles to make every game work automatically

right now ex games like rise of the ronin and ff7 rebirth with default files setting can not make steam overlay in steam work but old original GB can but it's very old right now and not working in some games right now

ex
with GBF ff7 rebirth controller not working when using steam overlay
vs
with GB oiginal ff7 rebirth controller working automatically with out doing any extra like parse_controller_vdf

is it possbile to have this QOL automatic features for controller

hi, I'm working on adding steam_input emulation in #242. Could you elaborate on how "steam overlay in steam" works? You can access the legitimate steam overlay with GB original?
