QR Widget should dismiss on tap anywhere, not just the close/down button

When the QR code is opened, it can currently only be dismissed by pressing the dedicated down/close button. Tapping anywhere else on the QR overlay does nothing.
Expected behavior:
Tapping anywhere outside the QR or Swipe/drag down on the QR code should dismiss it and slide it back down.
