Mobile Navbar height issue

Issue Description

The Navbar in the mobile view has too much to extra space on the top. This looks odd and spoils the overall UI of the page.

Steps to Reproduce (if applicable)

2. [Step 2]
3. [Step 3]

Expected Behavior

After fixing,the navbar height will be reduced,and it look much cleaner.
