JS strings used in the CSS survey

While working on the Japanese version over answering the CSS survey, I found:

The string "ほかの技術やパターン" isn't defined in state_of_css.yml but rather in state_of_js.yml:

Is it because they share the same key name sections.other_features.title?

In the english version the string is defined in both files. For the CSS survey, the key defined in state_of_css.yml will be used, so it's fine to have the same key in more than one file.
