[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow updating of apps installed via Microsoft Store #4448

Describe the new feature
The app already supports updates using the winget package manager, which has access to the Microsoft Store. It would be nice to be able to update apps installed from the MS store.
Describe how this new feature could help users
Would help bring another app source into UnigetUI to make it the one cohesive app for app updates.
