bash script for self fusion

It seems missing some file for lable fusion when I try to run self_dufion.sh file.

bash ./label-fusion/self_fusion.sh ./label-fusion/self_fusion.sh: line 12: /home/dewei/tool/oguzi/bin/label_fusion: No such file or directory ./label-fusion/self_fusion.sh: line 13: /home/dewei/src/c3d-1.0.0-Linux-x86_64/bin/c3d: No such file or directory

The bash script is just an example, you need to change the directory to where you save the label_fusion that I provided in OCT_DDPM/label-fusion/

Thanks, I got it. So what do target, atlases and weights correspond to? My understanding is that target is the middle image in the self fusion target, and atlases are the remaining adjacent images, so what are weights?

weights are the patch-based similarity map between the target center image and the atlases, there is one weight map for each atlas image.

Thank you so much and I got it. But the bash file seems need the weights before starting self-fusion, how to get the weights?

The weight will be computed by the first command in the bash file:

$jif 2 -g $atlases -m Joint[30,2] -rp 5x5 -rs 0x0 -w $weights  $target $synthResult

5x5 is the patch size

But when I run the bash file, the error showed that it need to read the weight* file.
'Exception caught of type 16ConvertException
Exception detail: Unable to read image /home/sichengli/Documents/Code/Denoising/OCT_DDPM/data/weight*; IO factory can not create IO object.'

And I tried to put any image and rename it into weights.png, the bash file can sucessfullly run.
