To be able to make proper use of container logistics we need to be able to assign pucks to locations on the table. We have a design for this:

Note it might be preferable for beamline staff to initially be given a recommendation of where to load pucks on to the table rather than they have to specify.
Acceptance Criteria
- There is a UI where staff can set the table location of for pucks
- Other tickets are spun off to get this closer to the design if needed
