Switch to new blueapi endpoints

BlueAPI have recently moved all endpoints to /api/v1/* and deprecated the old ones. We should make sure the UI is using the new endpoints.

Acceptance Criteria

• UI looks at new endpoints anywhere it talks to BlueAPI
