Better logging on empty json response message #22
Description
During normal operation we get many error logs of Failed to parse a JSON response:. This obscures any actual errors that may be being produced. We should work out where these logs are happening and either make them more informative if they are an actual error or reduce they're severity of they're not actually an issue
