Handle pagination #62
Description
Current default requests are limited to the first 100 results. When users inevitably collect more than 100 runs, this might end up being a bit limiting.
GraphQL pagination guidelines here suggest wrapping types in new types with page info included.
DLS dev guide details on pagination for REST apis are here but we should try and be close to them if possible even for a graphql service. It also suggests following the guidelines here
