based on some early feedback:
- in workout builder, unclear why you can only select specific intensities (unclear that this comes from intensities in the set up tab)
- unclear that these options can be overridden in set up
- riccardo asked why can i not prescribe concrete reps? (Dieter: at first they assumed they are equipvalent, but now i realize they aren't quite equivalent: you need to translate the %1RM into a concrete rep value, and you need a range. so rep ranges make sense. but it also depends on the periodization model which we don't have yet)
- jan asked why can't i prescribe a weight based on 1RM ? (answer: this is more of a "dynamic" - changing over time - value that would end up in a mobile app that assists with executing and logging a workout in the gym)
- I'm not super happy with this system anyway, because recommendations should differ not only per trainee level, but also per exercise type (e.g. isolations vs compounds, and heavy compounds such as squats vs lighter compounds such as bench press), perhaps there is too much nuance here to do this via code, and we should just leave it up to the user anyway to define what they want.
