Synapse entity warnings

🪤 Context

There can be various disconnects in setting up entities:

• entity exists on both sides, but unique id mismatch
• entity was generated with an _2
• entity exists in home assistant that is declared against this app, but app is unaware of it
• entity exists in app, but home assistant is unaware of it

Synapse can recognize these situations, but doesn't have a good way to help manage and resolve the issue.

Some sort of warnings situation to surface the issue and provide button tor resolve the issue

do these mostly come up on creation? could I send a string to an endpoint to get a "this exists" or "this is ok" response? I could use this when creating to try and avoid the above

I had envisioned just an endpoint that could query and give a list of issues and their type. Some are fixable, some are a bit "wtf how did we get in this situation".

Gotta nuke the entity from orbit then... but I guess that's a fix too 🙃
