Research: How can we migrate DeX to microservices? #505

If we would move to microservices, we will need a plan on how we can migrate DeX to be a microservice.
Describe the solution you'd like
Currently @MeesvanStraten is doing research on DeX as a microservice, the more architectural side of things.
But we need a plan on how to move to a microservice architecture. What components need to be migrated first? how much time would it take per microservice? Can we combine the current DeX monolithic application with the new microservices.

This research would be a starting point and plan on how to move to a microservice architecture. You can read DeX as a microservice. Furthermore I am willing to join this research.
