DIVE - Create Track Action Shorcut Enhancements

• Make it so you can create a track even when the track creation UI is disabled
• The mouse icons for creation types should be updated: Show the type, show the plus icon when creating and the pencil when editing (maybe color changes)
• Make sure that creation options are labelled correctly
• See if segmentation masks can be created through the tool
• Make it easier to select/deselect the previous track after the button has created a track
• Double check the track timeline selected viewer for specific tracks
