[Bug] Enable Scrolling During Prompt Generation #138
Description
When a prompt is being generated, the user cannot scroll through the chat window.
Expected Behavior:
Allow vertical scrolling while generation is ongoing.
Maintain live auto-scroll only to bottom when user hasn’t manually scrolled up.
