Product Alternative to Envisalink EVL-4 using WT32-ETH01 ESP32 Module

I personally purchased and installed the Enivsalink EVL-4 through EyezOn for my own home and a number of my friends homes equipped with the Honeywell Visa-20P (or similar) control panels. I have had a generally good experience with the EVL-4 to provide a wired ethernet interface to the Vista that is supported by Home Assistant.

This has worked OK, but I found that I could not access the Alarm-Night-Stay mode with the EVL-4. This is due to limitations on the API provided by Envisalink which does not include all the status information on the ECP bus, such as the night indicator. I have been unable to get any response from Envisalink w.r.t. fixing their API to provide access to all the ECP status information.

I see from the documentation for this project that alarm-night-stay mode is supported, as well as a lot of details I would like to get into, especially the Long Range Radio LRR status information. I am a software guy, and there is the problem. Does anyone wish to produce and sell PCBs for this project (hopefully with the a wired ethernet module)? I think this would be very successful.
