Name of the column from blast results with TAIR10 and Uniprot

I want to know about name of the column of this file (GOMAP-piperrun3/tmp/seq-sim/tair/piperrun3-vs-At.TAIR10.bl.out)

This file shows only the BLAST results. But I want to know more about the column names.
