Extracting self-extracting archive using standard ZIP libraries

I apologize for asking this question here, I didn't find a support channel.

I would like to unzip a self-extracting archive produced using DotNetZip. I'm using standard Java ZIP library. I guess the first part of the file (self-extraction) is causing me trouble.

Is there something I need to do to make it work?
