🚀 Feature Request: Add Patient Medical History Timeline

Description

Currently, the platform focuses on connecting patients and doctors, but it does not provide a consolidated timeline of a patient's medical history. Adding a Medical History Timeline would allow doctors to quickly review previous consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and health records in chronological order.

Problem

• Doctors need to navigate through multiple records to understand a patient's history.
• No centralized view of previous consultations.
• Reduced efficiency during follow-up appointments.

Proposed Solution

Implement a Medical History Timeline that displays:

• Previous consultations
• Diagnoses
• Prescriptions
• Lab reports
• Uploaded medical documents
• Appointment history
• Vital signs (if available)

The timeline should be sorted by date, with options to filter by record type.

Expected Behavior

• Display patient history in chronological order.
• Allow filtering by consultation, prescription, report, or appointment.
• Enable doctors to quickly access previous medical records.
• Improve continuity of patient care.

Acceptance Criteria

• Medical history is displayed in chronological order.
• Timeline supports filtering by record type.
• Clicking a record opens detailed information.
• Responsive design for mobile and desktop.
• Proper handling when no history is available.
• Unit tests added for timeline functionality.
