Within the DT backend, you can list the languages that are used in your context (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=dt_options&tab=custom-lists). These are the main languages that your site users are going to use.
In the magic links locale selector, it shows all of the languages that DT has been translated into. Most users are going to use one of the few added to the site languages list specified above, causing users to have to scroll through a very long list to find them.
Suggestion:
At the top of the language selector, display the site languages prominently. Collapse the other languages in an "Other Languages" link/button below that could expand the full list for the rare scenario that a user wants to use a language not set as one of the site languages.
