Show command help when calling it without passing options

Currently, when you try to do a `gdrive download` where no parameters are passed, what happens is that we print
`Please inform the ID or name of the file you want to download. Exiting...`

I think we should print the help of the command. The same output as `gdrive download --help` should be seen.

This for all commands, not only the `download`
