As a quest creator I want to choose the type of quest so that I can configure eligibility

• Must have:
  • Given that I created a quest, when i set to quiz, then i can input the right answers
  • Given that I created a quest, when i set to manual, then i can input the number of voters needed to be considered as a successful result
  • Given I choose at least 1 voter when I submit my configuration then submission is succesful
  • Given I chose 0 voter when i submit my configuration then i see "please input minimum 1 voter"
• Nice to have:
  • Given that I created a quest, when i set to quiz, then i can input a CSV of the right answers
