      <div class="callout">SafeWheels Rentals SWFL vehicles are rented <strong>exclusively through Turo</strong>. When you book, your rental is governed by <strong>Turo's <a href="https://turo.com/us/en/policies/terms" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terms of Service</a></strong>, Turo's <a href="https://turo.com/us/en/policies/cancellation" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cancellation Policy</a>, and the <strong>protection plan you select at checkout</strong> — together with the host guidelines below. Where anything here differs from Turo's policies, <strong>Turo's policies control</strong>.</div>

      <h2>Booking &amp; payment</h2>
      <p>All reservations, payments, taxes, and any security holds are processed <strong>by Turo</strong> through the Turo app or website. We do not take payments or deposits directly.</p>

      <h2>Protection &amp; insurance</h2>
      <p>Coverage is provided through the <strong>Turo protection plan</strong> you choose at checkout. Review the available plans, coverage limits, and deductibles on Turo before you book.</p>

      <h2>Driver eligibility</h2>
      <p>You must be an <strong>approved Turo guest</strong> who meets Turo's age and eligibility requirements. Only drivers approved and added through Turo may operate the vehicle.</p>

      <h2>Pickup, delivery &amp; service area</h2>
      <ul>
        <li>Airport pickup at <strong>Punta Gorda (PGD)</strong> and <strong>Fort Myers / Southwest Florida International (RSW)</strong>.</li>
        <li><strong>Delivery</strong> available within <strong>50 miles of ZIP 33955</strong>. Delivery fees, if any, are shown on the Turo listing.</li>
      </ul>

      <h2>Distance &amp; fuel</h2>
      <p>Each vehicle's Turo listing shows the included <strong>daily distance limit</strong> and any excess-mileage fee. Return the vehicle with the <strong>same fuel or charge level</strong> as at pickup. Exact limits and any related fees are set on the Turo listing and billed through Turo.</p>

      <h2>Vehicle use &amp; care</h2>
      <ul>
        <li>Paved roads only — no off-road, racing, towing, or any illegal use.</li>
        <li>No smoking or vaping; keep pets per the listing's pet policy.</li>
        <li>Only listed/approved drivers may drive; no subleasing.</li>
        <li>Trip start and end <strong>photos in the Turo app</strong> document the vehicle's condition.</li>
      </ul>

      <h2>Tolls, citations &amp; incidents</h2>
      <p>You are responsible for tolls, parking, and traffic citations during your trip, and for any damage, handled per Turo's policies. In the event of a traffic stop or accident, follow our <a href="guest-incident-procedure.html">Guest Incident Procedure</a> and report the incident through Turo right away.
