Pressing `C-0` on the keyboard does not sound `C-0` in the instrument editor

In particular, 2A03 pulse, 2A03 triangle, and MMC5 pulse don't support notes C-0 through G#0 because the underlying chips don't support pitches that low.

Would it help to shade notes of the keyboard below (usually) A-0 differently in the 2A03 instrument editor to make it clearer to the user that they are not valid pitches for this chip?
