Investigate die cut visor head bands

I've spoken to Andy at Corrugated Cutters in St Helens about die cutting visor head bands.
Some minor changes to the design would be needed. He is going to get back to me tomorrow with a price, and look into whether one of their customers would be able to cut them.

Andy got back to me with a die-cuttable design. I laser cut it and it seemed to work ok. I've copied the dxf to the laser designs folder (subfolder diecut).
I have also spoken to Jon Wright of Customised Packaging in Manchester - a customer of Corrugated Cutters who would be able to cut polypropylene.
Andy is going to get back to me tomorrow with a price.

Discussed with Andy. If we wanted to try out individual dies that could be used by Richard, the cost would be £38 + vat for the shield and £138 + vat for the headband (most of the cost is in the punched holes). These could be created very quickly (1 day).

I've phoned Corrugated Cutters and told them we don't need dies due to lower demand at the moment.
I have given their name to Richard J as they seem a good company that could be of use to them.

Coincidentally the die Karl ordered from Ireland/China has eventually arrived. Richard Jennions is happy to try it out at any time. Karl is busy delivering stuff but is happy for someone to collect it from his house in Ainsdale
