[FEATURE] Change social links from static fields to dynamic dropdowns.

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently a user can provide only 6 social links in 6 static input fields (personaldetails page). We would like a dynamic dropdown based approach for adding social links where the social media names are listed in a dropdown and the corresponding values can be added in an input box. A user should be able to input as many social links as possible using add button option.
