As part of a school assignment, I am currently working on enhancing an existing project by adding new features to the Materialize framework. While using Materialize for a different project, I noticed several missing features in the carousel component. Hence, my focus is on developing these additional features to enhance Materialize's functionality. However, I would appreciate some clarification on how the update process works for materialize.js and materialize.css, as it claims to update automatically.
