Search menu in side bar should not scroll away

When scrolling down in the sidemenu, the search fields scrolls away.

Describe the solution you'd like
The search field should remain locked at the top

@FrankW76 Thank you for reporting the issue, we are working now on a new design for our site, so we will postpone this issue until we publish the first version of the site.
