Remove build hacks

* CMakeLists.txt was updated to support 6.6.3
* Copied old manifest and gradle files over latest upstream in order to get it to build again. From Holden: gradle was failing because you need a newer platform version to use corex 13.1
* .github/qt-android/action.yml - 6.6.3 changes
