Output device priority

I think it would be better to set the priority of the output device to 1 instead of to 2. Now the doodle output device is always the primary output device, where it should probably be on par with USB printing. 

Now it's quite annoying if you install the plugin for one of your printers, all your printers have the doodle3D output device as default.
