iPhone: Pressing new or settings triggers bars #288
Description
On the iPhone (iOS 8), when pressing in the top or bottom part of the screen it triggers the url and status bar to overlay. This makes it very hard to press the new, print and settings buttons.
I'm not sure this is something we can fix. (Also see: #206)
We normally advice people to add the app to their homescreen, this disables the "chrome".
