Ore cart incompatible with Quark

Right clicking the ore cart while Quark is present causes crash.

Removing Quark appears to solve the issue.

The ore cart is also renamed to "entity.harderores:oreMinecart.name" after being placed, and picked up, regardless if Quark is present.

I see the problem. Its easy enough to fix, but I don't have a dev environment with which to fix it presently.
(Translation key is also missing, for whatever reason, but that's easy to fix too)
