Feature: Add a add column action to row menu

Adding row columns seems confusing to me. It may be more intuitive to add an add column action to the row menu and have the new column added to the end. We have a way to delete and move columns but adding is not obvious.

I'm probably a little late with this reply but this is kind of resolved by #405. With lifecycle events the editor can be modified in any way because it exposes the internals. There is a file in the src/demo/js/config which explores advanced configurations but I made a codepen demonstrating the effect you described.
