Create Attribute when adding a Form Field

I would like to automatically add an attribute when adding a Form Field, just like `Class Name` is already added. I want to implement a Help Text field which I miss from the formbulider plugin and I thought I could do this through an attribute.

How do I automatically create the attribute?
